The Morphotectonic map of Mt. Etna
Italian Journal of Geosciences, 2010The Morphotectonic Map of Mt. Etna (see attached table) is based on detailed field survey of morphologic and structural features outcropping on the volcanic edifice, supported by detailed analysis of orthophotos, stereo-pair photographs and satellite images.

Morphotectonic study of the Greater Antilles
Geotectonics, 2017The first morphotectonic model of the Greater Antilles is presented. The model is adjusted to the current dynamics between the Caribbean and North American plates. It is mainly elaborated by Rantsman’s methodology. We determined 2 megablocks, 7 macroblocks, 42 mesoblocks, 653 microblocks and 1264 nanoblocks. They constitute a set of active blocks under

Morphotectonics and Past Large Earthquakes in Eastern Belgium
2017Tectonic landforms are generally modest in stable plate interiors characterized by low strain rates and rare earthquakes. Nevertheless, specific investigations identified such landforms in Belgium, which is located in the most seismically active region of stable Europe northwest of the Alps.

Morphotectonics of the Lower Amur region
Russian Journal of Pacific Geology, 2009The morphotectonics of the Lower Amur region is controlled by the marginal-continental areal rifting and its interaction with the general uplifting and moderate tectonic stacking on the margin of the “stable” continent. The marginal-continental rifts represent an element of the general evolutionary system of forms in the continent-toocean transition ...

Geomorphology and structure — Morphotectonics
1972The influence of structure on geomorphology is profound. Not only are the great features in the morphology of the globe — mountain chains, plateaux, rift valleys, continental margins, and the like — predominantly of structural origin and formed by folding, faulting, or warping, but many of the minutiae of land forms, the shape of hills or mountains ...

Long term morphotectonic evolution in Sweden
Geomorphology, 1996Abstract A morphotectonic interpretation of the relief of Sweden is presented based on an analysis of the gross forms of the topography. Computer-made topographic profiles covering 76,375 km have been examined together with contour maps. New maps of relief and layers of height have also been used.
