Identification of a Novel Quinvirus in the Family Betaflexiviridae That Infects Winter Wheat
Yellow mosaic disease in winter wheat is usually attributed to the infection by bymoviruses or furoviruses; however, there is still limited information on whether other viral agents are also associated with this disease.

Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics
Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. In cancer, these technologies uncover the mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity and microenvironmental interactions, opening new opportunities for biomarker discovery and precision medicine.

Activated malate circulation contributes to the manifestation of light-dependent mosaic symptoms
Summary: Mosaic symptoms are commonly observed in virus-infected plants. However, the underlying mechanism by which viruses cause mosaic symptoms as well as the key regulator(s) involved in this process remain unclear.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Occurrence of cassava mosaic begomovirus-associated satellites on cassava in Ghana
Cassava mosaic disease (CMD), arguably the most important viral disease of cassava, an important food security crop has in recent times, been reported to be associated with satellites in some parts of sub-Saharan Africa.

Compound Heterozygote Friedreich Ataxia Patients With Covert Proximal FXN Gene Deletions
ABSTRACT We present Friedreich ataxia patients with frataxin gene deletions. Data and records were collected at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from patients enrolled in the FACOMS natural history study. Patients with proximal deletions initially diagnosed with only one GAA expanded allele had more severe disease than their homozygous expansion

Hypothesis: Somatic Mosaicism and Parkinson Disease [PDF]
Mutations causing genetic disorders can occur during mitotic cell division after fertilization, which is called somatic mutations. This leads to somatic mosaicism, where two or more genetically distinct cells are present in one individual. Somatic mutations are the most well studied in cancer where it plays an important role and also have been ...

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease defined by immune dysregulation, vasculopathy, and progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs. Despite advances in care, major complications such as interstitial lung disease (ILD) and myocardial involvement remain the leading causes of morbidity and mortality.
