بازارپسندی فیله‌ی تیلاپیای سیاه(نیل) (Oreochromis niloticus) و هیبرید قرمز (O. niloticus × Tilapia mosambicus) پرورشی در استان‌های تهران، گیلان ومازندران

هدف از این پژوهش تعیین میزان بازارپسندی فیله ی تیلاپیای هیبرید قرمز (Oreochromis niloticus × Tilapia mosambicus) و تیلاپیای نیل (Oreochromis niloticus) پرورش یافته در مرکز تحقیقات ماهیان آب شور داخلی شهرستان بافق(یزد) بود. نمونه‌های ماهی به مرکز ملی تحقیقات فرآوری ایران واقع در بندر انزلی انتقال داده شد وعمل فیله کردن ماهیان به صورت دستی انجام شد.
