ANALYSIS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC CRIME (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MOSCOW AND THE MOSCOW REGION)

open access: yesRussian Journal of Management, 2021
Economic crime at the regional level is a versatile category that is dangerous for the population of the region and negative from the point of view of society, characterized by the existing regional social conditions. The danger of manifestations of economic crime consists both in the consequence in the form of significant material damage to the ...

Expanding Chemical Space of Nucleic Acid Nanoparticles for Tunable Antiviral‐Like Immunomodulatory Responses and Potent Adjuvant Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We introduce a nucleic acid nanoparticle (NANP) platform designed to be rrecognized by the human innate immune system in a regulated manner. By changing chemical composition while maintaining constant architectural parameters, we identify key determinants of immunorecognition enabling the rational design of NANPs with tunable immune activation profiles

Vectors of Heracleum sosnowskyi Manden. Invasion on the territory of Moscow region: history and modernity (as exemplified by the Shakhovskaya Urban District)

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Earth and Environment, 2021
Sosnovsky’s hogweed (Heracleum sosnowskyi Manden.) was used as an ornamental plant since the middle of the 20th century, but has now become a dangerous invasive weed having invaded the ecosystems of Moscow region. Based on the literature and new original

On the time-optimal implementation of quantum Fourier transform for qudits represented by quadrupole nucleus

open access: yes, 2012
We consider the problem of time-optimal realization of the quantum Fourier transform gate for a single qudit with number of levels d from 3 to 8. As a qudit the quadrupole nucleus with spin I > 1/2 controlled by NMR is considered.

Laser Engineering of HfN‐Based Nanoparticles for Safe NIR‐I Photothermal and X‐ray Enhancing Cancer Therapies

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, we produced HfN‐based nanoparticles via femtosecond laser ablation in acetone. The nanoparticles exhibit a red‐shifted plasmonic resonance in the NIR‐I window, colloidal stability after coating with polyethyleneglycol, and excellent biocompatibility. The photothermal and X‐ray sensitization therapeutic effects were demonstrated for tumor

Chromatic‐Invariant Photothermal Fabrics Enabled by Narrow‐Bandgap Organic Semiconductors for Wearable Solar Energy Harvesting

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A chromatic‐invariant photothermal fabric is fabricated for outdoor activewear, realizing 4°C–8°C heating within 5 min under 1000 W m−2 illumination via NIR absorption, retaining high visible‐light reflectivity and original fabric functions, and achieving >95.3% sterilization in 20 min.

Syntaxonomy and ecology of the Moscow Region black alder communities

open access: yesVegetation of Russia, 2021
Alnus glutinosa is an European species with a wide range from the south of Scandinavia to the Mediterranean. However in many countries of Europe the areas of forests formed by black alder are scattered and often do not exceed 1–5 % of the forest cover ...

Laser‐Synthesized Amorphous PdSe2‐x Nanoparticles: A Defect‐Rich Platform for High‐Efficiency SERS, Photocatalysis, and Photothermal Conversion

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Using femtosecond ablation, we show that an ordered, stoichiometric crystalline PdSe2 target can be controllably converted into a stable, disordered, non‐stoichiometric, and highly functional amorphous nanomaterial, PdSe2−x${\rm PdSe}_{2-x}$. The obtained nanoparticles offer significant advantages over conventional planar plasmon‐free substrates due to

Analysis of commuting in the Moscow region using GIS techniques [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
The distance and time of home-workplace commuter journeys of more than 700,000 workers in the Moscow region have been determined by GIS techniques using data from the year 2001. This has allowed visualization of commuting patterns in the Moscow region in

Measurement of the 214Bi spectrum in the energy region around the Q-value of 76Ge neutrinoless double-beta decay

open access: yes, 2003
In this work we present the results obtained measuring the 214Bi spectrum from a 226Ra source with a high purity germanium detector. Our attention was mostly focused on the energy region around the Q-value of 76Ge neutrinoless double-beta decay (2039.006
