Motion De-blurring Using a Blur Model
We present a variational motion de-blurring method that minimizes the regularized energy functional defined with a spatially variant model of motion blurs. Unlike spatially invariant image blurs, minimization cannot be achieved in a closed non-iterative way, and we therefore need to derive its iterative algorithm.

We developed a nanoparticle named OAF, which simultaneously targeted to both the brain and liver via the transferrin receptor 1 (TfR1) receptor, promoting lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 1 (LRP1) expression to enhance amyloid‐beta (Aβ) clearance. In AD mice model, OAF significantly reduced Aβ deposition and cognitive impairment, while a mitigating

Sepsis‐associated encephalopathy (SAE) lacks effective therapies. We developed ME@FDsi, a biomimetic nanodrug using a tetrahedral framework nucleic acid to deliver disulfiram and siTNFα. It crosses the blood‐brain barrier, targets M1 microglia, inhibits pyroptosis and inflammation, and scavenges ROS.

Ethical Precision in Nanoscale Brain Interfacing
As brain interfaces approach the nanoscale, precision no longer only measures—it knows, predicts, and potentially reshapes the mind. This work argues that traditional ethics fails under such conditions and proposes a shift toward continuous, operation‐based governance using the recovery–discovery framework to track, constrain, and responsibly steer ...

The Motion Estimation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Axial Velocity Using Blurred Images
This study proposes a novel method for estimating the axial velocity of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) using motion blur images captured in environments where GPS signals are unavailable and lighting conditions are poor, such as underground tunnels and ...

Distinct Biotypes of Visual Perception in Major Depressive Disorder
In a discover dataset (272 acute MDD patients), this work identifies a novel depression biotype characterized by impaired visual motion perception, using machine learning clustering. An independent dataset confirms the robustness of this biotype through cross‐validation and demonstrates its generalizability.

A speckle correlation centroid localization method (SCCLM) is proposed for non‐invasive tracking of an arbitrary deformable object through scattering media and around corners, requiring no prior information. Its effectiveness is demonstrated not only in tracking hidden objects beyond the memory effect region but also in following objects undergoing ...
