Motion-based motion deblurring
IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, 2004Motion blur due to camera motion can significantly degrade the quality of an image. Since the path of the camera motion can be arbitrary, deblurring of motion blurred images is a hard problem. Previous methods to deal with this problem have included blind restoration of motion blurred images, optical correction using stabilized lenses, and special cmos

Video-based non-uniform object motion blur estimation and deblurring
Motion deblurring is a challenging problem in computer vision. Most previous blind deblurring approaches usually assume that the Point Spread Function (PSF) is spatially invariant.

Motion-deblurring in human vision
Nature, 1989If photographs are taken of moving objects at slow shutter speeds the images of the objects are blurred. In human vision, however, we are not normally conscious of blur from moving objects despite the fact that the temporal response of the photoreceptors is sluggish.

Motion deblurring from a single image
2016 IEEE 20th International Conference on Computer Supported Cooperative Work in Design (CSCWD), 2016In recent years, the image processing technology has been used in various fields, such as the detection and monitoring and so on. Because the exposure time of camera is not infinitesimal, there is relative motion between the camera and the object being captured during the short exposing time, it causes the image blurry .The blurred image that we ...

Motion adaptive deblurring filter for LCD
Displays, 2009Abstract Motion blurring on liquid crystal display (LCD) was modeled by the original image convoluted with a point spread function (PSF). An intensity independent PSF was first deduced by statistical approximation. Based on the PSF, a motion adaptive deblurring filter was proposed to restore the original image.

Motion deblurring for optical character recognition
Eighth International Conference on Document Analysis and Recognition (ICDAR'05), 2005This paper investigates the problem of blurring caused by motion during image capture of text documents. Motion blurring prevents proper optical character recognition of the document text contents. One area of such applications is to deblur name card images obtained from handheld cameras.

Motion Deblurring Using Super-Sparsity
2013Motion blur is caused by the camera shake during the exposure in which the blur kernel describes the trace of shaking. Based on this generating process of the kernel , we observed that the distribution of the kernel obeys super-sparsity, as the natural images.

Research on an Algorithm of Shape Motion Deblurring
2015According to the feature of fuzzy and the quality reduce background of plate image, this paper presents a Spectrum Estimation Partition Deblur (SEPD) algorithm to restore complex blur image. This algorithm is based on spectrum estimation and extracts the blur kernel information from the dark strips in frequency spectrum, and makes the traditional ...
