, 2006 Let K be a field of characteristic 0 and A be a rigid tensor K-linear category. Let M be a finite-dimensional object of A in the sense of Kimura-O'Sullivan. We prove that the "motivic" zeta function of M with coefficients in K\_0(A) has a functional equation.

A Case‐Based Reasoning Approach to Model Manufacturing Constraints for Impact Extrusion
Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.A hybrid modeling approach is presented that combines constraint‐based process modeling and case‐based reasoning. The model formalizes manufacturing constraints and integrates simulation data to model complex manufacturing processes. The approach supports manufacturability analysis during product design through an adaptive modeling environment.

Motivic vanishing cycles as a motivic measure [PDF]
arXiv, 2015 We show that the motivic vanishing cycles introduced by J. Denef and F. Loeser give rise to a motivic measure on the Grothendieck ring of varieties over the affine line. We discuss the relation of this motivic measure to the motivic measure we constructed earlier using categories of matrix factorizations.
