This study examines the mechanical properties of triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS)‐based lattices, analyzing 36 architectures in elastic and plastic regimes. It evaluates the applicability of beam‐based scaling laws to TPMS lattices. Rigidity arises from the alignment of members with the load direction and solid regions preventing rotation.

This study explores aerosol jet‐printed (AJP) surface roughness, its effects on the performance of microwave electronics, and its process contributors. First, an electromagnetic model is vetted for AJP's unique roughness signature. Simulations are built which show process‐induced roughness is as significant as conductor resistivity in driving microwave

Triangulated categories of motives over fs log schemes [PDF]
We introduce the notion of log motivic triangulated categories, which is the theoretical framework for understanding the motivic aspect of cohomology theories for fs log schemes. Then we study the Grothendieck six operations formalism for log motivic triangulated categories.

Thermokinetic Modeling Approach for Aluminide Diffusion Coatings on Molybdenum Substrates
The advancement of innovative materials for protective coatings in high‐temperature environments relies on a detailed understanding of diffusion processes within these systems. This article presents findings from modeling approaches, supporting the development and optimization of coating materials by focusing on the prediction of diffusion‐driven ...

General Motivic Cohomology and Symplectic Orientation [PDF]
In this paper, we present a general approach to establish motivic cohomology and build part of its six operations formalism. Applying this together with symplectic orientation on MW-motivic cohomology, we discuss the embedding theorem of effective Chow-Witt motives.

Bodily Reactions to Emotional Words Referring to Own versus Other People’s Emotions
According to embodiment theories, language and emotion affect each other. In line with this, several previous studies investigated changes in bodily responses including facial expressions, heart rate or skin conductance during affective evaluation of ...

Motivation Contagion When Instructing Obese Individuals: A Test in Exercise Settings [PDF]
We examined motivation contagion in a hypothetical exercise setting. Exercise science students (n = 164) were provided with quotes of hypothetical male and female obese exercisers displaying different quality of motivation to start an exercise program ...
