The Social‐Ecological Model of Military Family Financial Well‐Being

open access: yesJournal of Family Theory &Review, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The social‐ecological model of military family financial well‐being was developed to delineate and depict individual‐, family‐, community‐, military‐ and societal‐level factors that jointly shape these families' financial well‐being. Theoretical frameworks that ground efforts to enhance families' financial well‐being remain underdeveloped but ...

SlGRF1 mediates gibberellin signaling to control cut‐budding in tomato

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, EarlyView.
Upon wounding, cytokinin increases to initiate callus formation. Gibberellin enhances this, but later blocks bud formation by suppressing SlGRF1. Wounding‐induced protein SlGRF1 triggers buds via NAM1, EPF4, and ER2. Hormonal shifts control cut‐budding phases.

Erythrocyte ‘Feierzeit’ reaction: Novel filamentous and vesicular response to n‐butyl acetate

open access: yesJournal of Microscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract Human erythrocytes (red blood cells; RBCs) undergo spontaneous disassembly after several hours of exposure to n‐butyl acetate (nBA). Images of the morphological changes were captured in time‐lapse sequences using differential interference contrast (DIC) light microscopy.

From EM to AI: Multiscale imaging of the secretory pathway with insights from plant cells

open access: yesJournal of Microscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract The secretory pathway is a central and evolutionarily conserved feature of eukaryotic cells, responsible for protein and lipid trafficking, membrane biogenesis, signalling, and cellular homeostasis. Its complexity, dynamic behaviour, and nanoscale organisation have made it a longstanding target of microscopy‐driven investigation.
