Tracheobronchomegaly: the Mounier-Kuhn syndrome.

A case of tracheobronchomegaly (Mounier-Kuhn syndrome) is reported. The striking features are gross dilatation of the trachea and both main bronchi with associated chronic pulmonary disease.
