Some remarks on the method of moving planes
The article deals with a nonlinear elliptic equation in divergence form given in a bounded domain with the homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition. The domain is symmetric with respect to a hyperplane, symmetry and monotonicity properties of coefficient functions of the equation are supposed. The author proposes a variational approach to the method of

ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is one of the most treatable forms of paediatric cancer; however, there is a substantial burden of treatment‐related toxicities (TRTs). In addition, the long‐term changes in children's health‐related quality of life (HRQoL) due to toxic treatments are not well understood.

TRAFFIC FLOW ESTIMATION FROM SINGLE SATELLITE IMAGES [PDF]
Exploiting a special focal plane assembly of most satellites allows for the extraction of moving objects from only one multispectral satellite image. Push broom scanners as used on most earth observation satellites are composed of usually more than one ...

Stability Analysis of Thin Power-Law Fluid Film Flowing down a Moving Plane in a Vertical Direction
This paper analyses the stability of thin power-law fluid flowing down a moving plane in a vertical direction by using the long-wave perturbation method. Linear and nonlinear stability are discussed.

ABSTRACT Background General pediatricians often evaluate hematologic and oncologic presentations before subspecialty consultation, yet the 2025 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) pediatric requirements reduce inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) time, raising questions about resident readiness.

ABSTRACT Background Germ cell tumors (GCTs) often arise in the ovaries and testes (extracranial) but can also develop in the brain (intracranial). We examined the relationship of individual, family, and community‐level socioeconomic status (SES) with stage of disease at diagnosis in a cohort of pediatric patients with GCT from Children's Oncology Group
