PC-YOLO: Moving Target Detection in Video SAR via YOLO on Principal Components
Video synthetic aperture radar could provide more valuable information than static images. However, it suffers from several difficulties, such as strong clutter, low signal-to-noise ratio, and variable target scale. The task of moving target detection is

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Moving Target Signals in High Resolution Wide Swath SAR [PDF]
In this paper the impact of two high resolution wide swath synthetic aperture radar imaging techniques, extraction of signals from azimuth subsampled spectra and subpulse azimuth beamsteering on transmit, on ground moving target signals is analyzed ...

Applicable STAP for moving FOD detection
Serious security risks and economic losses have increased rapidly under the threat of foreign object debris. Most detection methods employing optical devices are limited in severe weather for low visibility. This study proposes an applicable approach for

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

On optimal search for a moving target [PDF]
The work of this thesis is concerned with the following problem and its derivatives. Consider the problem of searching for a target which moves randomly between n sites. The movement is modelled with an n state Markov chain.

A model for the detection of moving targets in visual clutter inspired by insect physiology [PDF]
We present a computational model for target discrimination based on intracellular recordings from neurons in the fly visual system. Determining how insects detect and track small moving features, often against cluttered moving backgrounds, is an ...

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
