Two factors identified by co‐expression analysis of photosynthetic regulators are described, which are involved in thylakoid pigment content and composition and, through their function, shape the dynamics of NPQ. Abstract Rapid fluctuations in light intensity require swift regulatory adjustments of photosynthesis. Although the major plant regulators of

The genus Arthrocardia (Corallinales, Rhodophyta) in New Zealand: Description of three new species
SUMMARY Three new species of the coralline algal genus Arthrocardia (Corallinophycidae, Rhodophyta) are described from New Zealand: A. meridionalis, A. perplexa, and A. robusta. These species are difficult to distinguish based on morphoanatomical characters alone and require molecular sequence data for reliable identification.

Abstract Introduction Reef‐forming shellfish facilitate biodiversity through providing structural complexity in benthic habitats. Globally, reef‐forming shellfish have been overharvested to near extirpation, with a corresponding loss in biodiversity. Mussel shell material, an aquaculture by‐product, has the potential to rehabilitate ecosystem services ...

ABSTRACT In malaria‐endemic regions, repeated episodes of uncomplicated malaria during infancy are common; however, their associations with neurodevelopment remain unclear. We examined relationships between malaria frequency in infancy and neurodevelopmental outcomes in early and middle childhood, using data from the APEC birth cohort nested within the
