Robust Control Using a Matrix Converter to Enhance Wind Turbine Systems

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
This study uses a more efficient and effective solution to improve the operational performance of a wind turbine‐based power system. This system uses a doubly fed induction generator and relies on a matrix converter and fractional‐order proportional–integral controller.

Trace MA+ Accelerates the Degradation of Perovskite Solar Cells at Elevated Temperatures

open access: yesInformation &Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We investigate how the A‐site cation influences the morphology and optoelectronic properties of perovskite films, and consequently, the operational stability of devices under continuous light illumination at elevated temperature. ABSTRACT Methylammonium (MA+) is the most widely adopted A‐site cation for high‐efficiency perovskite solar cells.

Sliding-mode control based on index control law for MPPT in photovoltaic systems

open access: yesCES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems, 2018
A novel maximum power point tracking method based on sliding mode control and average state model of PV generation systems is developed. This method consists of two parts: term of constant control and term of index control.

Long‐term clinical benefits of periodontal interventions in strict supportive periodontal care: A systematic review

open access: yesJournal of Periodontology, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Periodontitis requires long‐term management to prevent recurrence and tooth loss. While active periodontal therapy (APT) aims to reduce probing pocket depth (PPD) and improve clinical attachment level (CAL), strict supportive periodontal care (SPC) is essential for maintaining these clinical outcomes.

Outdoor Measurements of Perovskite Modules

open access: yesProgress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, EarlyView.
Performance of a single junction perovskite module (total area of 0.7164 m2) during 1 year of outdoor monitoring. ABSTRACT For the PSC PV to be a competing technology with silicon and thin film PV technologies more data from field installations need to be studied and examined.

Proposed algorithm MPPT for Photovoltaic system

open access: yesInternational Journal of Energetica, 2018
A proposed algorithm MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) is proposed in this paper. When the insolation change rapidly, the P&O (Perturb and Observe) algorithm is used to adjust the operating point of the PV (Photovoltaic) array close to the MPP (Maximum Power Point) for fast tracking; also, the INC (Incremental Conductance) algorithm and the fuzzy
