A Novel MRAC of Induction Motor
IEEE 36th Conference on Power Electronics Specialists, 2005., 2006MRAC (model reference adaptive control ) is one effective scheme for parameter identification in a flux field-oriented control system of induction motors. But most of the existent available reference models used in this field are based on the static models of induction motors, and so the transient performances are always unsatisfactory.

From MRAC to Learning-Based MPC
2016The increasing importance of machine learning in manipulator control is reviewed from two main perspectives: modeling and learning control. The chapter starts with an introduction to history and theory of Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) and its application to manipulator control.

Lyapunov Design of Multivariable MRAC via Generalized Passivation
Asian Journal of Control, 2014AbstractA Lyapunov design of multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) model‐reference adaptive control (MRAC) systems is proposed using new generalized passivity concepts based on WSPR and WASPR properties. The new design avoids control overparameterization and leads to the simplest unnormalized gradient algorithm by means of a passivating multiplier. To

Improved performance MRAC of linear and non‐linear systems
International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, 1993AbstractThe problem of improved performance adaptive control (IPAC) of a class of linear and non‐linear systems is considered. A method for its solution is presented, the main feature of which lies in augmenting the ‘standard’ model reference adaptive controller by a signal properly designed to compensate for the effect of plant parameter uncertainty ...

Direct MRAC with dynamically constructed neural controllers
IJCNN'99. International Joint Conference on Neural Networks. Proceedings (Cat. No.99CH36339), 2003Research in neural control mostly concentrates on indirect control schemes while insufficient attention has been paid to direct model reference adaptive control (MRAC) scheme. In addition, at present the emphasis of neural control is on parameter tuning instead of structural tuning, i.e., to find the minimal controller capable of achieving an optimal ...
