Clinical Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 11, November 2025.Robotic‐assisted subsegmentectomy of liver segment III was successfully performed for a growing hepatic peribiliary cyst that could not be distinguished from a malignant tumor. This approach demonstrates the feasibility and safety of minimally invasive robotic surgery for hepatic peribiliary cysts.
