Acute lymphoblastic leukemia may develop as a result of rapid transformation of a lymphoblast triggered by repeated bone-remodeling during bone-growth [PDF]
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) are two major forms of leukemia that arise from lymphoid cells (LCs). ALL occurs mostly in children and CLL occurs mainly in old people. However, the Philadelphia-chromosome-positive ALL (Ph+-ALL) and the Ph-like ALL occur in both children and adults.

Proposal for a New Classification of Rare Cancers Adopting Updated Histological Tumor Types
We propose a new rare cancer classification system using the updated International Classification of Diseases for Oncology 3.2 coding system and the World Health Organization Classification of Tumors 5th edition. This list could serve as a diagnostic classifier to reliably distinguish various rare cancers for clinical applications.

The local immune response of mice after Helicobacter suis infection: strain differences and distinction with Helicobacter pylori [PDF]
Helicobacter (H.) suis colonizes the stomach of pigs and is the most prevalent gastric non-H. pylori Helicobacter species in humans. Limited information is available on host immune responses after infection with this agent and it is unknown if variation ...

Automated Image Analysis of Hodgkin lymphoma [PDF]
Hodgkin lymphoma is an unusual type of lymphoma, arising from malignant B-cells. Morphological and immunohistochemical features of malignant cells and their distribution differ from other cancer types. Based on systematic tissue image analysis, computer-aided exploration can provide new insights into Hodgkin lymphoma pathology. In this paper, we report

Abstract Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) poses significant challenges in veterinary medicine, with limited treatment options and poor survival rates. While substantial progress has been made in characterizing human AML, translating these advancements to veterinary practice has been hindered by limited molecular understanding and diagnostic tools. The case

This study develops lipid nanoparticle‐encapsulated mRNA‐encoding antibodies (mRNab‐LNPs) targeting CD19, demonstrating robust anti‐CD19 antibody production in vivo. Intramuscular injection of mRNab‐LNPs reduces CD19+ B and plasma cells in lupus and rheumatoid arthritis mice, significantly alleviating histopathological changes and tissue injuries of ...
