Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial, terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sehingga diperoleh jumlah seluruhnya 36 perlakuan.
