Biocompatible (Nano)Composites Based on Poly(ε‐Caprolactone)/Siloxene
Bio‐inert and biocompatible pCLO/siloxene (nano)composites with enhanced mechanical properties. ABSTRACT The work focuses on the synthesis of the siloxene nanofiller and its subsequent use in the preparation of poly(ε‐caprolactone)/siloxene (nano)composites via in situ polymerization and melt blending.

Experimental setup for dsRNA feeding in Brassicogethes aeneus to evaluate the effect of a synthetic polymer nanocarrier on RNAi efficiency. The experiment assessed whether the nanocarrier enhances RNAi after oral dsRNA delivery. (a) Stability of dsRNA–nanocarrier complexes was tested in simulated gut conditions. (b) Gene expression of αCOP and dre4 was

This article provides a first evaluation of land‐surface models at the km‐scale resolutions at which they are used in weather and Earth‐system models. At these resolutions, the lateral transfers of water that organize landscapes play an important role in predicting evaporation correctly. Riparian processes and human water management for irrigation need

ABSTRACT Regulated rivers represent complex hydrological systems where groundwater–surface water interactions are governed by natural conditions and human interventions. This study investigates the spatiotemporal dynamics of groundwater–surface water exchanges in the Nechako River, British Columbia (Canada), using numerical simulations.
