DNA content estimation of Fig and Black Mulberry using flow cytometry

In this study, fig and black mulberry DNA contents were estimated using DAPI fluorescence stain in flow cytometry. The 2C DNA contents of the fig and black mulberry were found as 0.82 pg and 8.34 pg, respectively.
