O presente artigo busca, por meio do conceito de rotulacionismo da Criminologia Crítica, compreender os processos raciais, sociais e de gênero que legitimam a violação da proteção da inviolabilidade do domicílio nos casos de mulheres – em sua maioria pretas e pobres – presas em flagrante em suas próprias casas pelo crime de tráfico de drogas.
