Mullerian adenosarcoma which is characterized by admixture of benign-appearing neoplastic glands and sarcomatous stroma, is an uncommon variant of malignant mixed mullerian tumor (MMMT). Classic treatment for this rare tumor is hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Its prognosis is relatively poor, but better than MMMT.
