Micropatterned Biphasic Printed Electrodes for High‐Fidelity on‐Skin Bioelectronics
Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices. This scalable approach enables high‐fidelity detection of ECG, EMG, and EEG signals, including alpha rhythms from the forehead, with long‐term comfort and stability.

A multi‐institutional multi‐methods analysis of jeopardy systems in academic hospital medicine
AbstractBackgroundHospital medicine programs use backup (“jeopardy”) systems to cover unexpected staffing gaps, but little is known about their structures or optimal practices.ObjectivesTo describe jeopardy structures, assess clinician perceptions, and identify potential approaches across a broad sample of hospital medicine groups.MethodsThis multi ...

Thermoelectric temperature sensors are developed that directly measure heat changes during optical‐based neural stimulation with millisecond precision. The sensors reveal the temperature windows for safe reversible neural modulation: 1.4–4.5 °C enables reversible neural inhibition, while temperatures above 6.1 °C cause permanent thermal damage.

Molecular engineering of a nonconjugated radical polymer enables a significant enhancement of the glass transition temperature. The amorphous nature and tunability of the polymer, arising from its nonconjugated backbone, facilitates the fabrication of organic memristive devices with an exceptionally high yield (>95%), as well as substantial ...
