Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.

Based on Weak Light YOLOv3 Multi-Target Detection
Inside the real life scenarios, the YOLOv3 target detection model has achieved good results on many benchmark datasets. The light illumination conditions are poor in many scenarios, such as night, indoor, foggy weather, in dark conditions is still a huge challenge, so in This environment first use the filter to process the image, due to the filter to ...

KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

This paper proposes an adaptive multi-Bernoulli (MB) filter for coexisting point target and extended target tracking, where the detection probability of each target is unknown and time-varying. The detection probability of the target directly affects the

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

Polarization-Enhanced Multi-Target Underwater Salient Object Detection
Salient object detection (SOD) plays a critical role in underwater exploration systems. Traditional SOD approaches encounter notable constraints in underwater image analysis, primarily stemming from light scattering and absorption effects induced by ...
