Revealing the structure of land plant photosystem II: the journey from negative‐stain EM to cryo‐EM
Advances in cryo‐EM have revealed the detailed structure of Photosystem II, a key protein complex driving photosynthesis. This review traces the journey from early low‐resolution images to high‐resolution models, highlighting how these discoveries deepen our understanding of light harvesting and energy conversion in plants.

Performance Research on Multi-Target Detection in Different Noisy Environments
This paper studies five classic multi-target detection methods in different noisy environments, including Akaike information criterion, ration criterion, Rissanen's minimum description length, Gerschgorin disk estimator and Eigen-increment threshold ...

Detection Optimized Multi-Bernoulli Algorithm for Visual Multi-target Tracking
For the problems of the Multi-Bernoulli filter (MBF) in the multi-target tracking filed, such as the newborn targets cannot be detected, the tracking accuracy decreases or the targets are underestimated when the targets are occluded, and the ...

In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

Long‐time target tracking algorithm based on re‐detection multi‐feature fusion
This paper considers the problem of long‐term target tracking in complex scenes when tracking failures are unavoidable due to illumination change, target deformation, scale change, motion blur, and other factors.

When performing multiple target detection, it is difficult to detect small and occluded targets in complex traffic scenes. To this end, an improved YOLOv4 detection method is proposed in this work. Firstly, the network structure of the original YOLOv4 is

An intracellular transporter mitigates the CO2‐induced decline in iron content in Arabidopsis shoots
This study identifies a gene encoding a transmembrane protein, MIC, which contributes to the reduction of shoot Fe content observed in plants under elevated CO2. MIC is a putative Fe transporter localized to the Golgi and endosomal compartments. Its post‐translational regulation in roots may represent a potential target for improving plant nutrition ...

Robust PMBM Filter with Unknown Detection Probability Based on Feature Estimation
This paper provides a solution for multi-target tracking with unknown detection probability. For the standard Poisson Multi-Bernoulli Mixture (PMBM) filter, the detection probability is generally considered a priori.
