Common fixed point theorem for cyclic generalized multi-valued contraction mappings
In this paper, we extend a multi-valued contraction mapping to a cyclic multi-valued contraction mapping. We also establish the existence of common fixed point theorem for a cyclic multi-valued contraction mapping.

A Class of Quasi-Nonexpansive Multi-Valued Maps
Canadian Mathematical Bulletin, 1975Let (X, d) be a (nonempty) metric space. bc(X) will denote the family of all nonempty bounded closed subsets of X endowed with the Hausdorff metric D induced by d [2, pp. 205]. Let/be a map of X into bc(X). f is nonexpansive at a point x in X if for all y in X.

Partitionable Variational Inequalities with Multi-valued Mappings
2006We consider multi-valued variational inequalities defined on a Cartesian product of finite-dimensional subspaces. We introduce extensions of order monotonicity concepts for set-valued mappings, which are adjusted to the case where the subspaces need not be real lines.

Multi-Valued Mappings of Bounded Generalized Variation
Mathematical Notes, 2002The paper deals with some embeddings of function spaces, the structure of the mappings, the jumps of the variation, and the Helly selection principle, among other things. It is shown that a compact-valued multi-valued mapping of bounded generalized variation with respect to the Hausdorff metric has a regular selection of bounded generalized variation ...

Multi-Valued Continuous Mappings of Figure Spaces
Cybernetics and Systems Analysis, 2005Let \(A\) and \(B\) be two nonempty sets and binary relations \(s\subset A\times B\) and \(f_s: A\to 2^B\) from the set \(A\) into the Boolean \(2^B\) by the the rule \(f_s(a)= \{b\in B:(a,b)\in s\}\) for each \(a\in A\) and call an \(s\)-mapping the mapping \(s(a)= f_s(a)\), An \(m\)-mapping is an \(s\)-mapping from \(A\) into \(B\) such that \(m(a ...

On nonsymmetric theorems for coincidence of multi-valued map
Journal of Fixed Point Theory and Applications, 2023Let \(M\) be a connected manifold of dimension \(m\) and let \(N\) be a connected and closed topological manifold of dimension \(n\). Suppose \(N\) is equipped with a free action of the cyclic group \(\mathbb{Z}_p\) generated by a periodic homeomorphism \(T:N \to N\) of period \(p\), where \(p\) is a prime.

Multi-valued nonlinear contraction mappings
Nonlinear Analysis: Theory, Methods & Applications, 2009Among three fixed point theorems established in the paper there is the following: Let \((X, d)\) be a complete metric space and let \(\varphi: [0,\infty)\to[a, 1)\), \(0< a< 1\), be such that \(\varlimsup_{r\to t+}(r)< 1\) for all \(t\in[0,\infty)\). The Equivalence of Cognitive Map, Fuzzy Cognitive Map and Multi Value Fuzzy Cognitive Map
2006 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems, 2006Cognitive map (CM), fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) are two related tools for modeling human being's cognition and facilitating machine deduction over the cognitive model accordingly. FCM has extended CM by modeling the strength of the causal relationship.
