Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

In this paper, a new multi-valued generalized F-contraction mapping is given. Using it, the existence of PPF-dependent fixed point for such mappings in the Razumikhin class is obtained. Moreover, an application for nonlinear integral equations with delay

On Multi-valued Weak Contraction Mappings
In this paper, we study fixed point theorems for multi-valued weak contractions. We show that the Picard projection iteration converges to a fixed point, give a rate of convergence and generalize Collage theorem. This work includes results on multi-valued contraction mappings studied by (Kunze, H.E., La Torre, D.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Cayley Inclusion Problem Involving XOR-Operation
In this paper, we study an absolutely new problem, namely, the Cayley inclusion problem which involves the Cayley operator and a multi-valued mapping with XOR-operation.

In this article, some fixed point results satisfying an extended multi-valued F-contraction mapping in the context of metric-like spaces are developed. Also, some standard examples are dressed to support our theoretical consequences. Finally, we conclude

Some Common Fixed Point Theorems for Mappings and Multi-valued Mappings
Let \((X,d)\) be a complete metrically convex metric space, \(K\subset X\) a nonempty closed subset of \(X\), \(F,G:K\to CB(X)\), \(S,T:K\to X\). The authors give some metric conditions which imply that there exists \(z\in K\) such that \(z= S(z)= T(z)\in F(z)\cap G(z)\).

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

In this work we investigate existence and uniqueness of solutions for new coupled systems of mixed order fractional differential equations and inclusions supplemented with coupled nonlocal fractional boundary conditions.
