Multi-view Clustering: A Survey
In the big data era, the data are generated from different sources or observed from different views. These data are referred to as multi-view data. Unleashing the power of knowledge in multi-view data is very important in big data mining and analysis ...

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

MVSGaussian: fast generalizable Gaussian splatting reconstruction from multi-view stereo [PDF]
We present MVSGaussian, a new generalizable 3D Gaussian representation approach derived from Multi-View Stereo (MVS) that can efficiently reconstruct unseen scenes. Specifically, 1) we leverage MVS to encode geometry-aware Gaussian representations and

Co-labeling: A new multi-view learning approach for ambiguous problems [PDF]
We propose a multi-view learning approach called co-labeling which is applicable for several machine learning problems where the labels of training samples are uncertain, including semi-supervised learning (SSL), multi-instance learning (MIL) and max ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
