Advanced Optical Integration Processes for Photonic‐Integrated Circuit Packaging
Photonic integrated chip packaging is a growing technology that helps make devices faster, more efficient, and more compact by using light instead of electricity. This review highlights recent progress in making these chips work better at different levels, discusses current challenges like heat and alignment, and looks at future possibilities for ...

Subgroup-Centric Multicast Cell-Free Massive MIMO
Cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output (CF-mMIMO) is an emerging technology for beyond fifth-generation (5G) systems aimed at enhancing the energy and spectral efficiencies of future mobile networks while providing nearly uniform quality of ...

Orbital Angular Momentum Holography Using Neural Network and Camera in the Loop
Neural network and optimization‐based approaches are introduced for Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) multiplexed holography, enabling high‐capacity, phase‐only image reconstruction. A Camera‐In‐The‐Loop (CITL) system learns a realistic propagation model to correct system imperfections.

We present a new scalable fault-tolerant algorithm which ensures total order delivery of messages sent to multiple groups of processes. Our algorithm is particularly well suited for large scale systems because: (1) any process can multicast a message to one or more groups of processes without being forced to join those groups; (2) inter-group total ...

This paper addresses the problem of atomic multicasting messages in asynchronous systems with unreliable failure detection. First, we give a characterisation of the notion of algorithms tolerating unreliable failure detection. Second, we give a characterisation of the notion of genuine atomic multicast.

A Multicast Algorithm for Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Network Coding
We propose a set of distributed algorithms for improving the multicast throughput in wireless sensor networks. To this end, network coding is applied when exploiting path diversity with two disjoint paths to each multicast group receiver.

QoS Satisfied Overlay Multicast Based on SCTP
:The existing overlay multicast schemes have a common inherit performance limitation caused by transport layer singlehoming technologies. In order to improve the transfer performance of overlay multicast, a new network architecture of overlay multicast ...

Two Multicasting Schemes for Irregular 3D Mesh-based Bufferless NoCs
In this paper, the authors proposed two multicast routing algorithms for irregular 3D mesh-based Bufferless Interconnection Network. The DRM-1 scheme sends multicast through a non-deterministic path.

Application and Analysis of Multicast Blocking Modelling in Fat-Tree Data Center Networks
Multicast can improve network performance by eliminating unnecessary duplicated flows in the data center networks (DCNs). Thus it can significantly save network bandwidth.
