ZBTB21 is a transcription factor that epigenetically suppresses pyroptosis and MHC‐I antigen presentation, enabling tumor immune evasion. Genetic ablation of ZBTB21 activates pyroptotic cell death and enhances antigen presentation, recruiting CD8+ T cells to overcome immune checkpoint blockade resistance.

Understanding the Implications of Choice of Deprivation Index for Measuring Consistent Poverty in Ireland. ESRI WP181. February 2007 [PDF]
In this paper we make use of the Irish component of the European Union Community Statistics on Income and Living Conditions (EU-SILC) survey for 2004 in order to develop a measure of consistent poverty that overcomes some of the difficulties associated ...

Various spillover‐mediated electrocatalytic reactions, such as hydrogen and oxygen evolution, carbon dioxide and nitrogen reduction, and methanol oxidization reactions, are systematically summarized. Abstract Spillover phenomenon, which is characterized by the dynamic migration of active species across catalyst surfaces, provides a promising avenue to ...

T Cell Exhaustion in Cancer Immunotherapy: Heterogeneity, Mechanisms, and Therapeutic Opportunities
T cell exhaustion limits immunotherapy efficacy. This article delineates its progression from stem‐like to terminally exhausted states, governed by persistent antigen, transcription factors, epigenetics, and metabolism. It maps the exhaustion landscape in the TME and proposes integrated reversal strategies, providing a translational roadmap to overcome

Integrating Spatial Proteogenomics in Cancer Research
Xx xx. ABSTRACT Background: Spatial proteogenomics marks a paradigm shift in oncology by integrating molecular analysis with spatial information from both spatial proteomics and other data modalities (e.g., spatial transcriptomics), thereby unveiling tumor heterogeneity and dynamic changes in the microenvironment.

Advancing Precision Nutrition Through Multimodal Data and Artificial Intelligence
Individual responses to food vary dramatically, challenging traditional dietary advice. This review explores how the unique genetic makeup, gut microbiome, and brain activity shape host metabolic health. We examine how artificial intelligence integrates these multimodal data to predict individualized dietary needs, moving beyond one‐size‐fits‐all ...
