Engineering Extracellular Vesicles for Anti‐Aging Therapy: Mechanisms, Applications, and Perspectives

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 7, July 2026.
This review systematically elucidates the multifactorial anti‐aging mechanisms of extracellular vesicles (EVs). By bridging fundamental biology with advanced bioengineering, scalable manufacturing, and clinical translation, it establishes a comprehensive framework for developing next‐generation EVs‐based precision nanotherapeutics to combat systemic ...

Clinical‐Grade Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell‐Derived Neural Precursor Cells Restore Motor Function and Preserve Striatal Integrity in a Quinolinic Acid‐Lesioned Rat Model of Huntington's Disease

open access: yesCell Proliferation, Volume 59, Issue 7, July 2026.
Clinical‐grade HLA‐homozygous iPSC‐derived neural precursor cells restore motor function, rebuild striatal circuitry and reduce neuroinflammation in QA‐lesioned rats. These findings demonstrate robust neuronal replacement and microenvironment modulation, supporting their potential as a regenerative therapy for Huntington's disease.

Use of the Multidimensional Haemophilia Pain Questionnaire (MHPQ) in Patients With Severe Haemophilia A Treated With Emicizumab: A Pilot Cross‐Sectional, Single‐Centre Study

open access: yesHaemophilia, Volume 32, Issue 4, Page 1060-1066, July/August 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Despite effective bleed prevention with Emicizumab, pain remains a relevant clinical burden in adults with severe haemophilia A (sHA). A multidimensional assessment is needed to better characterize contemporary haemophilia‐related pain.

Perioperative Outcomes in Factor XI Deficiency: A Systematic Review

open access: yesHaemophilia, Volume 32, Issue 4, Page 886-896, July/August 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Congenital factor XI (FXI) deficiency has a variable bleeding phenotype, and FXI activity alone does not predict perioperative bleeding. Management practices remain heterogeneous, and available evidence derives from case reports, small case series, and retrospective cohorts.

Genetic Evaluation and Pregnancy Outcomes in Foetuses With Overgrowth at a Tertiary Referral Center

open access: yesJournal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Volume 30, Issue 14, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Fetal overgrowth is defined as one or more biometric parameters exceeding the 90th–97th percentile or 2 standard deviations above the mean for gestational age. This study aimed to evaluate genetic findings in foetuses diagnosed with sonographic overgrowth.
