A method to design diffractive multifocal lenses using phase retrieval was proposed. The phase-retrieval lens could achieve the desired diffraction efficiencies at the targeted foci while maintaining a continuous profile without abrupt steps.

ABSTRACT Orbital lipomas are rare in dogs and may pose diagnostic and surgical challenges. This report describes the case of a 14‐year‐old female Border Collie presenting chronic exophthalmos caused by a retrobulbar mass. On ophthalmic examination, the animal maintained bilateral vision despite chronic exposure of the right ocular surface.
