Optimality Conditions and Duality in Nonsmooth Multiobjective Programs

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2010
We study nonsmooth multiobjective programming problems involving locally Lipschitz functions and support functions. Two types of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker optimality conditions with support functions are introduced.

An Equilibrium Chance-Constrained Multiobjective Programming Model with Birandom Parameters and Its Application to Inventory Problem

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2013
An equilibrium chance-constrained multiobjective programming model with birandom parameters is proposed. A type of linear model is converted into its crisp equivalent model. Then a birandom simulation technique is developed to tackle the general birandom

Multiobjective Multi-Product Production Planning Problem Using Intuitionistic and Neutrosophic Fuzzy Programming

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
In this article, a multiobjective multiproduct production planning (MOMPP) problem discussed for a hardware firm. The hardware firm produces various types of hardware locks and other items in a production run. The firm manager's objectives are minimizing

On the flexibility of an eco-industrial park (EIP) for managing industrial water [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
In a recent paper, a generic model, based on a multiobjective optimization procedure, for water supply system for a single company and for an eco-industrial park was proposed and illustrated by a park involving three companies A, B and C.

Bayesian Optimization Guiding the Experimental Mapping of the Pareto Front of Mechanical and Flame‐Retardant Properties in Polyamide Nanocomposites

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Bayesian optimization enabled the design of PA56 system with just 8 wt% additives, achieving limiting oxygen index 30.5%, tensile strength 80.9 MPa, and UL‐94 V‐0 rating. Without prior knowledge, the algorithm uncovered synergistic effects between aluminum diethyl‐phosphinate and nanoclay.

Tangential Extremal Principles for Finite and Infinite Systems of Sets, II: Applications to Semi-infinite and Multiobjective Optimization [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
This paper contains selected applications of the new tangential extremal principles and related results developed in Part I to calculus rules for infinite intersections of sets and optimality conditions for problems of semi-infinite programming and ...

Evolutionary multiobjective optimization of the multi-location transshipment problem

open access: yes, 2011
We consider a multi-location inventory system where inventory choices at each location are centrally coordinated. Lateral transshipments are allowed as recourse actions within the same echelon in the inventory system to reduce costs and improve service ...

Generalized Convexity in Multiobjective Programming

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1999
Consider a multicriteria or vector optimization problem of the form: ``Minimize \(f(x)= (f_1(x),\dots\), \(f_n(x))\) subject to \(x\in S\) and \(g(x)\leq 0\).'' The authors discuss the role played by the concepts of KT-invexity and KT-pseudoinvexity in connection with the establishment of Kuhn-Tucker optimality conditions for weakly efficient points.

The Necessity of Dynamic Workflow Managers for Advancing Self‐Driving Labs and Optimizers

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
We assess the maturity and integration readiness of key methodologies for Materials Acceleration Platforms, highlighting the need for dynamic workflow managers. Demonstrating this, we integrate PerQueue into a color‐mixing robot, showing how flexible orchestration improves coordination and optimization.

Nondominated equilibrium solutions of multiobjective two-person nonzero-sum games in normal and extensive forms [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper, we review the development of studies on multiobjective noncooperative games, and particularly we focus on nondominated equilibrium solutions in multiobjective two-person nonzero-sum games in normal and extensive forms.
