The characteristics of cognitive neuroscience tests in a schizophrenia cognition clinical trial: Psychometric properties and correlations with standard measures [PDF]

open access: yesSchizophrenia Research: Cognition, 2020
In comparison to batteries of standard neuropsychological tests, cognitive neuroscience tests may offer a more specific assessment of discrete neurobiological processes that may be aberrant in schizophrenia.

Comparing multiple comparisons: practical guidance for choosing the best multiple comparisons test

open access: goldPeerJ, 2020
Multiple comparisons tests (MCTs) include the statistical tests used to compare groups (treatments) often following a significant effect reported in one of many types of linear models. Due to a variety of data and statistical considerations, several dozen MCTs have been developed over the decades, with tests ranging from very ...

MULTIPLE COMPARISON TESTS BASED ON THE BOOTSTRAP

open access: green, 1986
A multiple test procedure for pairwise comparisons based on the bootstrap is presented. It is a stagewise test without any distributional assumptions. It is also very general according to the number and types of hypotheses to be tested. The procedure is evaluated and to some extent compared to existing procedures.

A comparison of multiple testing adjustment methods with block-correlation positively-dependent tests. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2017
In high dimensional data analysis (such as gene expression, spatial epidemiology, or brain imaging studies), we often test thousands or more hypotheses simultaneously.

T-Friedman Test: A New Statistical Test for Multiple Comparison with an Adjustable Conservativeness Measure

open access: yesInternational Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, 2022
To prove that a certain algorithm is superior to the benchmark algorithms, the statistical hypothesis tests are commonly adopted with experimental results on a number of datasets.

Alternative to Tukey test [PDF]

open access: yesCiência e Agrotecnologia, 2020
In order to search for an ideal test for multiple comparison procedures, this study aimed to develop two tests, similar to the Tukey and SNK tests, based on the distribution of the externally studentized amplitude.

Omnibus Tests for Multiple Binomial Proportions via Doubly Sampled Framework with Under-Reported Data

open access: yesStats, 2022
Previously, Rahardja (2020) paper (in the first reference list) developed a (pairwise) multiple comparison procedure (MCP) to determine which (proportions) pairs of Multiple Binomial Proportions (with under-reported data), the significant differences ...
