The therapeutic potential of ApoVs derived from stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED‐ApoVs) in the treatment of CD8+ T cell‐mediated hypersensitivity reactions is noteworthy. SHED‐ApoVs are capable of fusing with the plasma membrane of CD8+ T cells, which subsequently triggers a series of events characterized by calcium overload ...

GABP Promotes Mesangial Cell Proliferation and Renal Fibrosis Through GLI1 in Diabetic Nephropathy
GABP is found to promote mesangial cell proliferation and ECM deposition through GLI1, while inhibiting GABP or GLI1 prevents the progression of DN by reducing ECM and fibrosis. The research results indicate that a potential therapeutic approach based on inhibiting mesangial cell proliferation and ECM accumulation can effectively treat DN, while GABP ...

In EAE mice, TIA1 is translocated from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, facilitating SGs formation in neurons. TIA1 knockout in the central nervous system (CNS) of EAE mice yields a notable diminution in neuronal SGs, mitigates CNS inflammatory infiltration, and curtails axonal demyelination.

Tau Pathology Drives Disease‐Associated Astrocyte Reactivity in Salt‐Induced Neurodegeneration
This study reveals that a high‐salt diet (HSD) induces enhanced reactivity of DAA‐like astrocytes in the hippocampal CA3 region via a tau pathology‐A1R signaling axis, forming a vicious cycle that perpetuates astrocyte reactivity. Neuronal tau pathology releases PAPDs, notably Lcn2, driving neuroinflammation.

SIRT3‐Mediated Deacetylation of DRP1K711 Prevents Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Parkinson's Disease
SIRT3‐mediated deacetylation of DRP1 at K711 resists mitochondrial dysfunction and DA neuronal death in PD, uncovering a treatment target. Abstract Dysregulation of mitochondrial dynamics is a key contributor to the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD).

By studying the maturation mechanisms of vasopressin (AVP), this manuscript identifies FAM134B‐mediated ER‐phagy as a critical pathway for degrading both aggregated proAVP and the key ERAD component, HRD1. HRD1 induction mitigates proAVP aggregation and support AVP neuron function in the absence of autophagy.
