Large‐Area 2D Metasurface‐Based Triboelectric E‐Skin Arrays: Contact & Proximity Tactile Mapping with Broadband Acoustic Readouts

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Metasurface‐engineered NC‐TENG arrays integrate tactile pressure mapping, non‐contact gesture sensing, and acoustic signal readouts in one ultrathin module, and outperforms pristine PDMS in terms of electrical output and real‐time spatial mapping for next‐gen wearables.

Thermally Modulated Metasurface Sensor for Dynamic and Time‐Resolved Isolation of Extracellular Vesicles

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A thermally adaptive plasmonic metasurface, functionalized with poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and anti‐CD63 antibodies, enables precise, on‐demand capture and release of extracellular vesicles (EVs). Delivering high recovery, improved purity, and intact vesicle structure, the platform offers a versatile, label‐free solution for real‐time EV ...

Slaying the Dragon of Corruption: Application of Multiple-Streams Framework in Anticorruption Policy Processes in Devolved Systems of Government in Kenya

open access: yesInternational Review of Public Policy
Although John Kingdon’s multiple streams (MSF) framework is utilized to explain public policy processes in the US and western countries, little empirical evidence exists of its applicability in Africa.

The Role of Uncertainty in the Policy Process: An Extension to the Multiple Streams Framework

open access: yesReview of Policy Research
ABSTRACT A core assumption of the Multiple Streams Framework proposes that agenda and policy change is more probable when a policy proposal worked out as a viable alternative in the policy stream is coupled with the political and/or problem stream in an open policy window.

A landscape approach towards ecological integrity of catchments and streams

open access: yes, 2008
Landscape ecology principles were applied to study how in-stream structures as well as terrestrial land cover and land use affect the ecological integrity of streams.

Distributed Sequence Pattern Detection Over Multiple Data Streams

open access: yes, 2015
Sequence pattern detection over streaming data has many real world applications. Most of the present work is aimed to process sequence queries over single data stream.

Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.
