The multipliers of multiple trigonometric Fourier series

open access: yesOpen Engineering, 2016
Abstract We study the multipliers of multiple Fourier series for a regular system on anisotropic Lorentz spaces. In particular, the sufficient conditions for a sequence of complex numbers {λk}k∈Zn in order to make it a multiplier of multiple trigonometric Fourier series from Lp[0; 1]n to Lq[0; 1]n , p > q.

ON Λ-CONVERGENCE ALMOST EVERYWHERE OF MULTIPLE TRIGONOMETRIC FOURIER SERIES [PDF]

open access: yesUral mathematical journal, 2017
Let \(\Lambda=\{\lambda_{ \nu}\}_{\nu=1}^{\infty}\) be a nonincreasing sequence of positive numbers. Set \[ \Omega_{\Lambda}=\{\mathfrak{n}=(n^1, n^2, \dots, n^d)\in\mathbb{N}^d:\, \frac{1}{1+\lambda_{n^i}}\leq \frac{n^i}{n^j}\leq 1+\lambda_{n^j}, \,\, 1\leq i, j\leq d\}. \] We will say that a multiple Fourier series of a function \(f\in L(\mathfrak{T}^

Comparative Performance of Mechanistic, Statistical, and Hybrid Models of Forecasting Dengue Fever Incidence in Somalia. A Retrospective Time Series Analysis. [PDF]

open access: yesHealth Sci Rep
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Dengue fever is a growing menace in Somalia, a climate change prone region with a weak healthcare system. An imperative of public health is effective forecasting models. This paper will provide a detailed comparative analysis comparing mechanistic, statistical, and hybrid models in order to find the best forecasting model ...

Concerning the multiplicators of fourier series in the trigonometric system [PDF]

open access: yesMathematical Notes, 1998
The author proves two theorems on the boundedness (in the norm of \(L_p(\mathbb{T}^n)\)) of the partial sums of Fourier series and three theorems on Fourier multipliers in \(L_p(\mathbb{T}^n)\). As a pattern, here we present Theorem 5.

FinTech and Environmental Sustainability: Evidence From Brazil

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study explores the dynamic interplay between economic growth and environmental sustainability from a FinTech perspective, using Brazil as a case study. While FinTech's contribution to green transformation, sustainable finance, and resource efficiency has gained increasing attention, a notable lack of empirical research remains to assess ...

Sufficient Conditions for Convergence Almost Everywhere of Multiple Trigonometric Fourier Series with Lacunary Sequence of Partial Sums

open access: yesReal Analysis Exchange, 2016
Sufficient conditions for the convergence (almost everywhere) of multiple trigonometric Fourier series of functions $f$ in the classes $L_p$, $p>1$, are obtained in the case where rectangular partial sums $S_n(x;f)$ of this series have numbers $n=(n_1,\dots,n_N)\in \mathbb Z^N$, $N\geq 3$, such that of $N$ components only $k$ ($1\leq k\leq N-2$) are ...

Tracking SDG‐7 in China, India, and Japan

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines the impact of clean energy consumption on environmental quality, supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 7, which aims to ensure access to clean, affordable energy for all. The Auto‐Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model is used for Japan, and the Fourier ARDL for China and India, followed by a Granger ...

Revisiting the Growth–Forest Sustainability Nexus in India: The Role of Human Capital, Energy, and Trade

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Understanding whether the interaction between economic activity and forest ecosystems manifests as conflict or synergy is central to designing effective, sustainable development policies. Although the environmental Kuznets curve framework is frequently utilized to explain this relationship, its analytical scope remains limited, as it ...

Zero‐Current Switching Based Model Predictive Control of a Double‐Extended Overlapped Alternate Arm Converter Used in the VSC–HVDC System

open access: yesHigh Voltage, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The alternate arm converter (AAC) is one of the most efficient multilevel topologies based on voltage source converters (VSCs), which has recently gained attention in various applications, particularly in high voltage direct current (HVDC) systems.
