A compact silicon-on-insulator device used for conversions between polarization division multiplexing (PDM) and mode division multiplexing (MDM) signals is proposed and experimentally demonstrated by utilizing a structure combining the improved two-dimensional grating coupler and two-mode multiplexer.

A 24-year-old woman from Peru presented with multiple dark-blue skin lesions. The asymptomatic cystic nodules had increased in number and size over the post 7 years. They were found on the abdomen and back. When one of the cysts was punctured a bunch of vellus hairs was observed. The diagnosis of steatocystoma multiplex was confirmed by histology.

International Test Conference 1988 Proceeding@m_New Frontiers in Testing, 2003Minimal test sets for different implementations of multiplexer are derived. The length of the minimal test set of any multiplexer is shown to be at least twice the number of data inputs. A set of pseudoexhaustive patterns is derived for different implementation.
