Molecular determinants of signal transduction in tropomyosin receptor kinases

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Tropomyosin receptor kinases control critical neuronal functions, but how do the same receptors produce diverse cellular responses? This review explores the structural mechanisms behind Trk signaling diversity, focusing on allosteric modulation and ligand bias.

On the compactness and the essential norm of operators defined by infinite tridiagonal matrices

open access: yesConcrete Operators, 2023
In this article, all sequences u{\boldsymbol{u}}, v{\boldsymbol{v}}, and w{\boldsymbol{w}} that define continuous and compact tridiagonal operators Tu,v,w{T}_{u,v,w} acting on the weighted sequence space lβ2{l}_{\beta }^{2} were characterized ...

Multiple-beamline operation of SACLA [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Synchrotron Radiation, 2019
The SPring-8 Ångstrom Compact free-electron LAser (SACLA) began parallel operation of three beamlines (BL1–3) in autumn 2017 to increase the user beam time of the X-ray free-electron laser. The success of the multiple-beamline operation is based on two technological achievements: (i) the fast switching operation of the SACLA main linear accelerator ...

Systemic T Cell Receptor Profiling Reveals Adaptive Immune Activation and Potential Immune Signatures of Diagnosis and Brain Atrophy in Epilepsy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Epilepsy is increasingly associated with immune dysregulation and inflammation. The T cell receptor (TCR), a key mediator of adaptive immunity, shows repertoire alterations in various immune‐mediated diseases. The unique TCR sequence serves as a molecular barcode for T cells, and clonal expansion accompanied by reduced overall TCR ...

Multiplication Operators between Lipschitz-Type Spaces on a Tree

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2011
Let ℒ be the space of complex-valued functions 𝑓 on the set of vertices 𝑇 of an infinite tree rooted at 𝑜 such that the difference of the values of 𝑓 at neighboring vertices remains bounded throughout the tree, and let ℒ𝐰 be the set of functions 𝑓∈ℒ such

Diffusion Tractography Biomarker for Epilepsy Severity in Children With Drug‐Resistant Epilepsy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To develop a novel deep‐learning model of clinical DWI tractography that can accurately predict the general assessment of epilepsy severity (GASE) in pediatric drug‐resistant epilepsy (DRE) and test if it can screen diverse neurocognitive impairments identified through neuropsychological assessments.

Weighted Sequence Spaces and Cyclicity

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Extension, 2006
In this paper we investigate the cyclicity of the multiplication operator Mz acting on the weighted Hardy spaces of formal Laurent series. AMS Subject Classification: Primary 47B37; Secondary 47A16.

Multiplication Operators on Weighted Zygmund Spaces of the First Cartan Domain

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
Inspired by some recent studies of the multiplication operators on holomorphic function spaces of the classical domains such as the open unit disk, the unit ball and the unit polydisk, the purpose of the present paper is to study just the operators that ...

The Case of a 28‐Year‐Old Woman With Medically Refractory Focal Epilepsy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We present the case of a 28‐year‐old right‐handed woman with medically refractory focal epilepsy. Her seizure semiology and electroencephalography (EEG) indicated a seizure onset zone in the right central‐parietal area. However, both MRI and PET scans were unremarkable, showing no focal lesions or areas of altered metabolism.
