Fixed points of multiplicative contraction mappings on multiplicative metric spaces

open access: yesJournal of Engineering Technology and Applied Sciences, 2017
In this paper, we first discussed multiplicative metric mapping by giving some topological properties of the relevant multiplicative metric space. As an interesting result of our discussions, we observed that the set of positive real numbers R_+ is a complete multiplicative metric space with respect to the multiplicative absolute value function ...

A Workflow to Accelerate Microstructure‐Sensitive Fatigue Life Predictions

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces a workflow to accelerate predictions of microstructure‐sensitive fatigue life. Results from frameworks with varying levels of simplification are benchmarked against published reference results. The analysis reveals a trade‐off between accuracy and model complexity, offering researchers a practical guide for selecting the optimal ...

Dimensionality reduction with subgaussian matrices: a unified theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We present a theory for Euclidean dimensionality reduction with subgaussian matrices which unifies several restricted isometry property and Johnson-Lindenstrauss type results obtained earlier for specific data sets.

Hybrid Auxetic Architectures: Integrating Curvature‐Driven Design for Enhanced Mechanical Tunability and Structural Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Curvature‐tuned auxetic lattices are designed, fabricated, and mechanically characterized to reveal how geometric curvature governs stretchability, stress redistribution, and Poisson's ratio evolution. Photoelastic experiments visualize stress pathways, while hyperelastic simulations quantify deformation mechanics.

Common Fixed Points for Multiplicative Contractions in Multiplicative Metric Spaces

open access: yesWuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences
The study delves into multiplicative contractions, exploring the existence and uniqueness of common fixed points for a weakly compatible pair of mappings. Those mappings adhere to specific multiplicative contraction conditions characterized by exponents expressed as fraction multiplicative metric spaces.

Metrical Fixed Point Results on \lowercase{b}-multiplicative metric spaces employing binary relaion

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics, 2023
In this manuscrit, we establish some results on the existence and uniqueness of fixed points by using b-multiplicative metric spaces(MMS) endowed with a binary relation. we also find result on the coincidence of points involving a pair of mappings. Finally some examples are presented to illustrate the suitability of our results.

Advancing Research on Biomaterials and Biological Materials with Scanning Electron Microscopy under Environmental and Low Vacuum Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Herein, environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) is discussed as a powerful extension of conventional SEM for life sciences. By combining high‐resolution imaging with variable pressure and humidity, ESEM allows the analysis of untreated biological materials, supports in situ monitoring of hydration‐driven changes, and advances the functional ...

Microstructural Evolution and Vacancy Defect Formation in Mn–Mo–Ni RPV Steel Under Low Cycle Fatigue: Insights From EBSD and PALS

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

COUPLED FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN PARTIALLY ORDERED MULTIPLICATIVE METRIC SPACE AND ITS APPLICATIONS

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper, we introduce the concept of coupled fixed point in partially ordered multiplicative metric space by proving some theorems for the existence and uniqueness of coupled fixed point.

Fixed filter bases of multiplicative contractions on multiplicative metric spaces

open access: yesSurveys in Mathematics and its Applications, 2023
Summary: Fixed filter base \(\mathbb{B}\) of a mapping \(f\) consists of multiplicative open sets such that for given \(B\in\mathbb{B}\), there is an \(A\in\mathbb{B}\) satisfying \(f(A)\subseteq B\). Also, the constructions of fixed filter bases have been established and some results for fixed filter bases of different types of multiplicative ...
