This article interprets Jakob von Uexküll’s understanding of different beings’ Innenwelt, Gegenwelt, and umwelt through Deleuzian insights of multiplicity, context, and particularity. This Deleuzian interpolation into Uexküll’s insights acknowledges the absence of a unitary ‘human’ view of nature, recognizing instead that plural viewpoints of cultures,

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Colength, Multiplicity, and Ideal Closure Operations II
Let $(R, \mathfrak{m})$ be a Noetherian local ring. This paper concerns several extremal invariants arising from the study of the relation between colength and (Hilbert–Samuel or Hilbert–Kunz) multiplicity of an $\mathfrak{m}$-primary ideal. We introduce

Adoptees Traveling Worlds: Love and Multiplicitous Being in Adoptees’ Autofictional Writing
In the adoptive family, discourses of love have been mobilized to attach the adoptee to the intimate space of the nuclear family, thereby detaching them from other spaces and meaningful others. In this article, I engage with the question of what kinds of

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Per raccontare come si vive oggi a Milano, per descrivere i luoghi in cui dormono, lavorano, si incontrano le popolazioni che la abitano, questo libro sceglie una strada inusuale, sorprendente: quella della cronaca locale.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Odd Right-End Numerical Semigroups
An odd right-end semigroup (hereinafter Ore semigroup) is a numerical semigroup S verifying that x+1∈S for every x∈S∖{0} such that x is even. The introduction and study of these semigroups is the purpose of the present work.
