Human Fibroblast–Myeloid Cell Tissue Atlas Across the Lungs, Synovium, Skin, and Heart
Objective The availability of single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) data in different tissues and disease states provides an opportunity to compare cellular subsets and identify common and unique cellular activation. In this study, we aimed to characterize shared and tissue‐specific myeloid and stromal phenotypes and to uncover key cellular subtypes ...

Aim Intradermal application of lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a Toll‐like receptor 4 agonist, induces a local inflammatory response and is used as a human challenge model to evaluate the pharmacodynamics of investigational medicinal products. While currently applied in a single, parallel‐group setting, alternative within‐subject designs involving repeated ...

CLASSIFICATION OF MULTISPECTRAL DATA
This paper deals with the classification of objects into a limited number of classes. Objects are characterised by n-features, e.g. n-dimensional vector are used to describe them. The paper focuses on the Bayes classifier based on the probability principle, with a fixed number of features during the classification process.

Programmable three‐state nanoreactor for spatiotemporally controlled tumor therapy
The OMVs are shielded with a biocompatible Da–Ca shell, which prolongs its circulation period and promotes intratumoral accumulation. Importantly, the biocompatible Da–Ca shell can be controllably disintegrated in tumor microenvironment by using laser irradiation, generating in situ hyperthermia and releasing Ca2+.
