A thermodynamic property of a system typically depends on a number of variables, such as the internal energy depending on the amount, volume, and temperature. To understand how these properties vary with the conditions we need to under stand how to manipulate their derivatives.

Multivariable Calculus on Time Scales
2011 International Conference on Computational Science and Its Applications, 2011Time scale analysis is the generalization of discrete and continuous analysis. In this research paper, we extend our previous study \cite{unalsinan} and develop some important concepts, tangent planes and partial derivatives for multi-variable functions on timescales with \emph{Mathematica}.

Multivariate Differential Calculus
2021Multivariate differential calculus is addressed. We begin with differentials and differential forms, in two and n dimensions. Then, we address a line in space and introduce the mathematical expressions for its: (i) tangent, (ii) normal and curvature, and (iii) binormal and twist.
