A Virtual Clinical Trial of Psychedelics to Treat Patients With Disorders of Consciousness

Disorders of consciousness after severe brain injury are marked by reduced complexity of brain activity and limited treatment options. Using personalized whole‐brain models, this study shows that simulated lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and psilocybin shift patient brain dynamics closer to criticality.

A new approach for shrinkage estimators of the multivariate normal mean vector under the balanced loss criterion

In this study, we investigate the issue of estimating the mean vector of a multivariate normal distribution. We introduce two new families of shrinkage estimators derived from both the maximum likelihood estimator and the James-Stein estimator.

Flipping the Switch: MeCP2‐Mediated Lactylation Rewires Microglial Metabolism and Inflammation via the HK2/mTOR Axis in Poststroke Neuroinflammation

Stroke‐induced lactate accumulation promotes p300‐mediated lactylation of methyl‐CpG binding protein 2 (MeCP2) at lysine 210, which reprograms microglial metabolism toward glycolysis and activates the hexokinase 2 (HK2)/mTOR axis. This cascade promotes proinflammatory responses and impairs neurofunctional outcomes.

IL4I1⁺ Macrophages and TDO2⁺ Myofibroblasts Drive AhR‐Mediated Immunosuppression and Ferroptosis Resistance in Solid Predominant Lung Adenocarcinoma

Solid predominant lung adenocarcinoma exhibits an immune‐excluded, ferroptosis‐resistant niche enriched with IL4I1⁺ TAMs and TDO2⁺ myCAFs.
