This review maps the methods to monitor robots’ health by fusing vibration, sound, control signals, vision, force, and oil information with artificial intelligence. It identifies deep learning, transfer learning, digital twins, and physics‐informed models as key methodological pathways enabling earlier diagnosis, safer human–robot collaboration, and ...

Multivariate analysis in vector time series [PDF]
This paper reviews the applications of classical multivariate techniques for discrimination, clustering and dimension reduction for time series data. It is shown that the discrimination problem can be seen as a model selection problem. Some of the results obtained in the time domain are reviewed.

Robust online signal extraction from multivariate time series [PDF]
We introduce robust regression-based online filters for multivariate time series and discuss their performance in real time signal extraction settings. We focus on methods that can deal with time series exhibiting patterns such as trends, level changes ...

Dissecting the Ecological Structure of Health and Disease in the Global Gut Microbiome
We introduce Wiredancer, a framework that identifies three continuous ecological factors of the gut microbiota. These factors exhibit distinct patterns across health and disease, jointly capturing disrupted ecological stability and offering a new perspective for precision diagnostics and therapeutic strategies.

Capturing common components in high-frequency financial time series : a multivariate stochastic multiplicative error model [PDF]
We introduce a multivariate multiplicative error model which is driven by componentspecific observation driven dynamics as well as a common latent autoregressive factor.

Sex‐Specific Regulation of Glycemic Homeostasis by Theabrownin from Pu‐erh Tea
Pu‐erh tea's key component, theabrownin (TB), lowers blood glucose in a sex‐specific manner. In females, estrogen boosts intestinal MUC2 production, which dramatically enhances TB's ability to inhibit the carbohydrate‐digesting enzyme α‐glucosidase.

This study identifies palmitoylation as a novel regulatory modification of SMAD4, mediated by ZDHHC22/APT2. It activates fatty acid synthesis, creating a self‐reinforcing SMAD4–FASN–palmitate feedback loop that drives pancreatic cancer growth and enhances radiotherapy sensitivity.
