ABSTRACT This paper proposes a game‐theoretic optimisation framework for designing attack and defence strategies in hybrid AC/DC cyber‐physical power systems (CPPS). The proposed framework employs a three‐layer planning hierarchy. The upper layer introduces a novel target importance index combining complex network theory and power flow entropy.

Spine Toolbox: A flexible open-source workflow management system with scenario and data management
The Spine Toolbox is open-source software for defining, managing, simulating and optimising energy system models. It gives the user the ability to collect, create, organise, and validate model input data, execute a model with selected data and finally ...

A Miyaoka–Yau inequality for hyperplane arrangements in CPn$\mathbb {CP}^n$
Abstract Let H$\mathcal {H}$ be a hyperplane arrangement in CPn$\mathbb {CP}^n$. We define a quadratic form Q$Q$ on RH$\mathbb {R}^{\mathcal {H}}$ that is entirely determined by the intersection poset of H$\mathcal {H}$. Using the Bogomolov–Gieseker inequality for parabolic bundles, we show that if a∈RH$\mathbf {a}\in \mathbb {R}^{\mathcal {H}}$ is ...

General Relativity by Kawaguchi geometry
We construct a parameterisation invariant Lagrange theory of fields up to second order by using multivector bundles and Kawaguchi geometry. In this setup, the spacetime is an dynamical object which is a submanifold of the greater manifold, and the actual

Unveiling Localized Heat in Lithium‐Ion Cells for Intelligent Temperature Sensing
Heat generation, thermal responses, and intelligent management in batteries. Lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) power electric vehicles, portable electronics, and grid‐scale storage, yet their safety, performance, and lifetime are constrained by thermal effects.

Control of Disturbing Loads in Residential and Commercial Buildings via Geometric Algebra
Many definitions have been formulated to represent nonactive power for distorted voltages and currents in electronic and electrical systems. Unfortunately, no single universally suitable representation has been accepted as a prototype for this power ...

A Feature Analysis Based Identifying Scheme Using GBDT for DDoS with Multiple Attack Vectors
In recent years, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks have increasingly shown the trend of multiattack vector composites, which has significantly improved the concealment and success rate of DDoS attacks.

This study develops a quantitative framework that integrates field data, epidemiological models, simulations, and Bayesian inference to identify key viral hosts in multispecies bee communities. By estimating species‐specific R0 values from flower‐visitor networks and viral screening, we show that honeybees, as well as other wild bees, can drive the ...
