Stability and bifurcations in an epidemic model with varying immunity period [PDF]
An epidemic model with distributed time delay is derived to describe the dynamics of infectious diseases with varying immunity. It is shown that solutions are always positive, and the model has at most two steady states: disease-free and endemic.

This mini‐review summarizes different classes of pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) and the role of their agonizts that have been identified and also outlines the role of PRR ligands as immunostimulatory molecules. Overall, the mini‐review has elaborated on the role of PRRs in the development of therapeutic vaccine adjuvants.

Viral haemorrhagic septicaemia virus (VHSV) immunogenic epitopes were used to design a multi‐epitope vaccine with adjuvant. The vaccine's properties, structure and TLR‐4 interaction were analysed via computational methods. Optimized nucleotide sequences were created for Lactococcus lactis expression.
