During the recent flat tax debate, interest rates on long-term municipal bonds rose relative to the rate on U.S. Treasury bonds. This was widely attributed to expectations of a reduction in future tax rates.

A glutathione and ultrasound dual‐responsive cerasome achieves sequential co‐delivery of gemcitabine and BMS1166 in tumors. Chemotherapy priming followed by on‐demand PD‐L1 blockade synergistically amplifies anti‐tumor immunity, inhibiting primary tumor growth, distant metastasis and inducing durable immune memory.

scGEN: Leveraging an Adaptive Weighting Strategy for Challenging Cell Clustering in Single‐Cell RNA‐seq

scGEN combines attribute–structure encoding, adaptive hard‐sample weighting, and regularized zero‐inflated negative binomial loss to resolve ambiguous single‐cell states. In the developing human pituitary, refined annotations reveal Pre.Gonado cells at 7 weeks and previously obscured developmental communication networks.

A Metabolic‐Epigenetic Axis of AARS1/IGF2BP3‐K280 Lactylation Sustains Endometrial Cancer Stemness and Recurrence

Lactate‐driven endometrial cancer relapse is mediated by enzymatic protein modification. Elevated lactate levels activate AARS1, which catalyzes K280 lactylation of IGF2BP3, therefore stabilizing HMGA2 mRNA and promoting tumor stemness and recurrence.

PTBP1‐mediated alternative splicing drives a pathogenic switch to the DNAJB6b isoform in everolimus‐resistant clear cell renal cell carcinoma. This splicing event programs a positive feedback loop including EIF4B/PKIB/AKT/mTOR, promoting aggressive therapy resistance.
