Tandem Duplication‐Driven Neofunctionalization of UDP‐Glycosyltransferases Shapes the Diversification of Triterpenoid Saponins in the Cucurbitaceae

We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae. Crystalized SgUGT73AM30 further reveals the regioselectivity mechanism underlying its catalytic activity.

RNA‐Binding Protein RBM25 Targets the mRNA Stability of GTPase Rab22a to Restrict Viral Entry and Infection

MIS12 Is Required for Kinetochore‐Microtubule Attachment in Oocyte Meiosis

A model depicting the role of MIS12 in K‐MT attachment during oocyte meiosis. The presence of MIS12 stabilizes bipolar K‐MT attachments by maintaining the function of NDC80 and its interaction with TUBB. This, in turn, promotes KNL1 assembly and subsequent SAC protein recruitment to kinetochores.

An active multimode fused (AMF) artificial skin is developed using standard TFT processes, featuring 2T‐1C taxels with optical and electrostatic capacitive receptors for cross‐modal sensing.
