B_s -> mu^+ mu^- and B -> X_s mu^+ mu^- in MSSM

open access: yes, 2002
Comment: 23 pages, 6 figures, discussions about B^0_s - B^0_s bar mixing and dilepton spectra of B -> X_s mu^+ mu^- added, corrected some typos and references added, version to appear in ...

Strong constraints on the rare decays Bs -> mu+ mu- and B0 -> mu+ mu-

open access: yes, 2012
A search for Bs -> mu+ mu- and B0 -> mu+ mu- decays is performed using 1.0 fb^-1 of pp collision data collected at \sqrt{s}=7 TeV with the LHCb experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. For both decays the number of observed events is consistent with expectation from background and Standard Model signal predictions.

Boundedness and square integrability of solutions of nonlinear fourth-order differential equations with bounded delay

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2017
In this article, we give sufficient conditions for the boundedness, uniformly asymptotic stability and square integrability of the solutions to a fourth-order non-autonomous differential equation with bounded delay by using Lyapunov's second method.

Study of the rare decay $J/\psi \to \mu^+\mu^-\mu^+\mu^-$

open access: yes
The rare electromagnetic $J/\psi \to \mu^+\mu^-\mu^+\mu^-$ decay is observed with a significance greatly exceeding the discovery threshold, using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment during 2016-2018 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $5.4\,\text{fb}^{-1}$.

Are intravitreal hyperreflective particles alike in eyes with acute toxoplasma chorioretinitis and non-infectious uveitis?

open access: yesPhotodiagnosis and Photodynamic Therapy
Background: To compare distinctive features of hyperreflective particles observed on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) sections in eyes with acute toxoplasma chorioretinitis (TC) and non-infectious uveitis (NIU). Methods: Medical records

Search for the rare decay B+ -> mu(+) mu(-) mu(+)nu(mu)

open access: yes, 2019
A search for the rare leptonic decay B +. mu + mu - mu +.mu is performed using proton- proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.7 fb - 1 collected by the LHCb experiment. The search is carried out in the region where the lowest of the two mu + mu - mass combinations is below 980 MeV/ c2.

Leonard Cohen in French culture: A song of love and hate. A comparison between musical and literary translation

open access: yesJoSTrans: The Journal of Specialised Translation, 2018
Since his comeback on stage in 2008, Leonard Cohen (1934-2016) has been portrayed in the surprisingly monolithic image of a singer-songwriter who broke through in the ‘60s and whose works have been increasingly categorised as ‘classics’. In this article,

Strong constraints on the rare decays Bs -> mu+ mu- and B0 -> mu+ mu-

open access: yesPhys.Rev.Lett., 2012
A search for Bs > mu+ mu and B0 > mu+ mu decays is performed using 1.0 fb^ 1 of pp collision data collected at \sqrt{s}=7 TeV with the LHCb experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. For both decays the number of observed events is consistent with expectation from background and Standard Model signal predictions.
